Transformations in the labour world, solidarity economy and its link with the social incubators

Abstract

The contemporary transformations in the work relations and in the productive process of capital accumulation urge to think about alternatives for the workers who are outside the labor market. Therefore, the social incubators, usually implemented by universities have tried to direct their actions towards workers in situation of social vulnerability with the objective to develop entrepreneurships of work and income creation in the perspective of solidarity economy.
