Reformation and Secularization: A historical interface

The celebration of the five hundred years of the Protestant Reformation takes as a point of reference the nailing of Luther's 95 Theses to the door of the Wittenberg church in 1517. It is thus suggested that the origin of the Reformation can be identified with a historical event. However, everything indicates that the Reformation was and continues to be a process, from which neither the beginning nor the end can be bound to a certain date. This article explores this process of historical interface through the interweaving between Reformation and secularization.Downloads
