Person and Autonomy in Hegel’s Philosophy of Right

Abstract

Hegel’s Philosophy of Right deals with the idea of freedom and her forms of concretization. This is the expression of the exercise of autonomy concerning the person of right while legal capacity. This includes the right of property and of contract; the right of moral will, while deals with the subjective conditions of responsibility; and the mediations of ethicity, while realizes the exercise of autonomy in the social institutions: the family, the corporations and the State.
