The present work aims to suggest a comparative analysis between regulated professions, among which Law, and non-regulated professions, which need to be emancipated, among which is the case of the Language Teaching Professional. In this research, we have carried out a comparative analysis between the Ethics and Discipline Code of OAB, authorized by the articles 33 and 54, V, of the law nº 8906 of July, 4th , 1994 and the Opinion CNE/CES nº 492/2001, approved on April, 3rd , 2001, based on enunciative strategies that allow to identify or not characteristics of an emancipated profession. We have observed, at the end, dissonance between the analyzed systems, once the Language Teaching Professional fits into an allopoietic system, based on cognitive expectations, and, on the other hand, the Legal professional conforms to an autopoietic system, based on normative expectations. That justifies the fact of that the Law professional holds professional regulation, whereas the Language Teaching Professional does not have this regulation support.Downloads
