Adaptación transcultural al portugués de Brasil del Manual de Actividades de Rehabilitación Funcional en el Ocio

Resumen

Objetivo: Este estudio tuvo como objetivo: a) proporcionar una versión brasileña adaptada transculturalmente del Manual de Actividades de Rehabilitación Funcional de Ocio; y b) evaluar su usabilidad percibida entre los profesionales de la salud. Métodos: El estudio se dividió en cuatro etapas: 1) traducción del manual al portugués brasileño; 2) evaluación por un comité de expertos; 3) evaluación de la equivalencia lingüística y semántica; y 4) evaluación de la usabilidad percibida. Resultados: Los hallazgos demostraron que la versión brasileña del manual logró altos niveles de validez idiomática y semántica, así como una usabilidad percibida favorable entre los profesionales de la salud. Sin embargo, se necesitan más ensayos clínicos para evaluar su eficacia en entornos prácticos de rehabilitación de ocio. Conclusiones: La versión brasileña del Manual de Actividades de Rehabilitación Funcional de Ocio es cultural y lingüísticamente adecuada para su uso por profesionales de la salud en Brasil en el campo de la rehabilitación de ocio.
