Why work with solidary economy in social psychology

Abstract

The article proposes the need of research and intervention in self-management contexts, in a critical social psychology perspective, considering the poor workers condition of invisibility. It works with the concepts of sociology of absences and emergences, solidary economy and self-management, also introducing an analysis of economic globalizations processes and its social impacts. It discusses parcial results of a research work that reveals the difficulties beyond associated workers that search alternative modes of labor organization.
