First experiences of sexual exploration: a study on the process of approach of adolescents to this reality

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the process of approach of adolescents to practical of the sexual exploitation, approaching as they perceive this practical and which elements had been part of this process. Participate in of that research three exploited adolescents, age to 13 e 17, in a institution dedicated to children and adolescents at vulnerability situations. Activities in group with materials playful and a semi-structure interview were used. The outcomes they showed as the adolescents they sense appearances positive e negatives in practice of exploitation sexual. The first approaches with this practical had in such a way suffered influences from the occurred relations in the contexts next, family, sexual relations of friendship and invitations, as of the global context, financial difficulties and easy access to the market of the sex. Thus, the analysis of this process of envolvement with the sexual exploration is basic for the establishment of confrontation strategies that can be next to the reality where they meet.
