This article is the result of a survey that parts from the question: what distinguishes the teacher who succeeds in learning to read? Hypothesized that in mediating affective and motivational aspects are components that are present in those teachers literacy. The objective of this research was to raise the emotional and motivational aspects in mediating the process of literacy through speaking teachers’ literacy. Were interviewed 18 teachers with the premise of being good literacy. Investigate what motivates and characterizes the action of teachers, that despite having many variables that interfere negatively in the process, can succeed in the literacy development of their students is an opportunity to raise issues facing the problem of learning the process of literacy.Downloads
