La integridad jurídica como virtud moral

Sostengo que la mejor lectura de la integridad del derecho es considerarla como una virtud moral, en el sentido más robusto del concepto. Tomo como base las reflexiones sobre la integridad de Ronald Dworkin, especialmente en El Imperio del Derecho, cuyo enfoque es uno de los más prestigiosos de la filosofía jurídica contemporánea. A partir de esto, aclaro cómo el valor moral de la integridad jurídica encuentra una fuerte correlación con la reflexión neoaristotélica sobre las virtudes. Finalmente, analizo las consecuencias y ventajas teóricas y prácticas logradas por esta comprensión de la integridad.
