Abstract

This is a translation of a guide on how to write a philosophical essay, published by the Harvard College Writing Center as part of the Writing Center Brief Guide Series of the Harvard University Writing Program. It discusses how to write a properly philosophical essay, presenting criteria on how to develop philosophical theses and arguments, and possible objections against them.
