Women as bank clerks: occupational diseases, profession and family
Abstract
This article aims to demonstrate transformations banking has been undergoing, as well as the story of women as bank clerks, who have suffered immensly from the consequences of those, particularly because of the need to manage family and work. Furthermore, it provides some considerations on occupational diseases, which are increasingly frequent and feared by the bank workers, including also a brief description of the support provided by the Sindbancários for this category of professionals.Downloads
